    Waiver / exemption: Fall 2027 rules (Graduate Education): a post-secondary degree taught in English (transcript notation, institutional letter or Medium of Instruction certificate); a degree from an approved country; a degree from a regionally accredited U.S. institution; or a University System of Georgia campus-based ESL program. Citizenship alone no longer qualifies.

    At least one college-level course or equivalent knowledge (e.g. ISYE 6739). Expected, not strictly required.
