How the rounds work
Six Fall 2027 deadlines are listed (October 15, 2026 to April 1, 2027); "Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis after April 1." Candidates can expect a decision within 4 weeks after submitting a complete application. Financial awards are limited and given on a first-come, first-serve basis. The Graduate School catalog lists August 20, 2027 as the Fall deadline for U.S. citizens and permanent residents.
International applicants
An international applicant is any applicant who is not a U.S. citizen or permanent resident. Final deadline for international candidates: March 12, 2027 (the International Requirements section of the same page says "by March 15"). Upload the transcript/mark sheet in the original language (plus an English translation if it is not in English), and a copy of the diploma if the degree is not on the transcript. Three-year bachelor's degrees are eligible only under the stated conditions. Admitted students who need an I-20 must show funding for the first year. TOEFL iBT, IELTS Academic or PTE Academic is required unless you hold a degree from a U.S. institution or an English-speaking country. $125 International Student Fee per semester (Fall 2025/Spring 2026 rate; tuition and fees are subject to change each academic year).
