How the rounds work
Fall admission has a priority deadline for School of Business and Economics programs (November 1) and three rounds (January 15, March 1, April 15); the program page adds 'then rolling' after April 15. The deadline pages print these dates without a year. Most applicants receive a decision within 4 to 6 weeks of a complete application. The MSBA also offers admission for the Spring 2027 semester (priority deadline October 15, final deadline November 15).
International applicants
International applicants prove English proficiency by meeting a test-waiver criterion (an on-campus bachelor's degree with at least three full-time years taught only in English, at least one full-time year of graduate study taught only in English, or two years of full-time U.S. work within the last four years) or by submitting a TOEFL, IELTS or Duolingo score (the school FAQ also lists PTE Academic). Three-year international bachelor's degrees equivalent to a U.S. bachelor's are accepted; transcripts not in English need a certified translation, and a NACES course-by-course evaluation may be requested. No financial documents at application: the I-20/DS-2019 is requested through ISSO after the enrollment deposit. STEM-designated: students in the in-person program can extend 12 months of post-graduate practical training by 24 months. International applicants are considered for merit scholarships.

Admissions events
Admissions events for your programs. Some waive the application fee.
Attend a graduate admissions eventup to $75
The school’s official pages say this differently. Here is what each one says — check with the school before you rely on it.
Attend a graduate admissions event: "This fee is automatically waived upon submission for candidates who attend an admissions event"; "You must attend an admissions event before submitting your application to be eligible for an event fee waiver." The events page adds that the waiver "will be automatically applied to your application." Qualifying events are those on the graduate admissions events calendar; the pages don't list which ones count.
Attend a featured event (reduced application fee): School FAQ: the School of Business and Economics "offers application fee reductions for candidates who attend selected featured events"; "Only those events marked 'featured event' automatically qualify attendees for a reduced application fee." The amount of the reduction isn't stated, and no event on the current calendar is marked featured.
