The Lally scholarships page says to use the personal statement to explain why you are a strong candidate for a Lally fellowship.

  Lally FAQ lists 'resume or CV' among the materials applicants must submit. Graduate Admissions: 'Your resume should include details about your education, employment, and internship history, as well as any pertinent research experience.' International students in the U.S. on OPT or CPT should include details about their current activities.

• Transcripts (unofficial, uploaded to the application)Required

  Lally FAQ lists transcripts among the materials applicants must submit. Graduate Admissions: 'Unofficial transcripts should be uploaded to your graduate application.' Transcripts and degrees must be in English (all post-secondary education, including transcript keys).

• Two letters of recommendation2 letters

  Lally FAQ: 'academic or professional references who can speak to your qualifications and potential.' Graduate Admissions page: 'Recommendations should be from your academic advisor(s), professors, research mentors, etc.' The Lally FAQ on materials says 'two or Three letters of recommendation'; three are recommended only for the M.S. in Information Technology.

  Lally FAQ: 'You must submit two letters of recommendation from academic or professional references who can speak to your qualifications and potential.' Graduate Admissions: 'You will be required to enter two* recommenders on the online application' (three only for programs it lists; Business Analytics isn't one).

  Waiver / exemption: The English language test is not required for all U.S. citizens and permanent residents and may be waived for citizens of countries where English is the official language, and for non-native English-speaking international applicants who have, or will have earned, an undergraduate or graduate degree from a regionally accredited university in the U.S. or a country where English is the official language. The waiver is applied after the application has been submitted and reviewed by the Graduate Admissions Office.
