How the rounds work
One deadline: 'There is a single application deadline of February 15 for Fall admission each year.' The program 'does not offer rolling admission, and there is no priority deadline or review'; all applications are reviewed following the February 15 deadline, and applications cannot be updated after submission. No spring or summer admission.
International applicants
International applicants pay an extra $6 processing fee on top of the $75 application fee. All international degree-seeking applicants must prove English proficiency: a U.S. bachelor's degree; a U.S. master's, PhD or professional degree earned within five years; the equivalent of a bachelor's degree from an institution where English is the exclusive language of instruction; two full-time semesters of graded coursework in English within five years; or a TOEFL, IELTS, IELTS Indicator or Duolingo English Test score (TOEFL 92 before January 21, 2026 or 5.0 on and after; IELTS 7.0; IELTS Indicator 7.0; Duolingo 125). International academic records must be submitted in the original language with an English translation (not a credential evaluation such as WES in lieu of a translation). Applicants need a bachelor's degree or a comparable degree from an international institution; a 3-year degree 'Maybe' qualifies per Graduate School policy. Visa holding students provide financial documentation after admission so the I-20 can be processed. STEM-OPT eligible; supports F-1 visa.
