How the rounds work

Five application rounds in the last published (Fall 2026) cycle; Round 1 is the priority deadline for scholarships, with 'Rolling admissions after round 2 deadline, based on availability.' The FAQ (no year) says 'Rolling admissions for the following deadlines' (February 15th, March 15th, April 15th). 2027-entry rounds are not yet published.

International applicants

'We treat international applicants the same as U.S. citizens.' International applicants submit WES-verified transcripts (FAQ: if not verified when submitting, include the US conversion equivalent of grades). Applicants whose native language is not English submit TOEFL, IELTS or Duolingo scores, or evidence of a degree from an English-speaking institution. International students do not qualify for federally funded loans unless they are permanent residents; private loans need a U.S. citizen or permanent resident co-borrower, while Prodigy Finance and MPOWER Financing offer loans without a U.S. co-borrower.
