  A test is not required if you completed a bachelor's or master's degree at an accredited institution where English is the language of instruction, or you have worked full-time for two years in the United States or other native English-speaking environment (you may explain this in the optional essay). The FAQ also exempts degrees (associate's, bachelor's, master's or doctoral) earned in listed countries, including Australia, Canada (except Quebec), Ireland, New Zealand, Singapore, South Africa, the United Kingdom and others.
