  Part 2 of the application: within 24 hours of initiating the online application you receive a Kira Talent link; record answers to three behavioral questions on video, with limited preparation time and a set response time. Applicants from India with a three-year bachelor's degree are eligible after the master's degree examinations or the Chartered Accountancy final examination with Associate Membership; a three-year degree followed by a one-year full-time post-graduate diploma from an Indian university recognized by the Association of Indian Universities may be acceptable.
